
Guided Walks & Outdoor Yoga
Walk in nature and relax in our parks.
- Thursdays from 6-7 p.m.
- Saturdays from 8:30-9:30 a.m.
In conjunction with Mental Health Awareness Month, as celebrated by National Alliance on Mental Illness, the City of Port St. Lucie’s Parks & Recreation Department will host guided walks and yoga classes, which are offered free to the public in the month of May.
Feel free to bring a canned food item, which will be donated to the Treasure Coast Food Bank.
No water or yoga mats will be provided. Participants should bring their own yoga mat, blanket or beach towel to use during yoga class.
